Business Model Innovation – Success Factors for Innovative Business Models in the Advertising and Marketing Industry – An Explorative Case Study of Werbewelt AG

Below you can see the reason for my break. Once you really get into writing, you don’t want to stop and do anything else. I am proud of the result that I am holding in my hands. Anyway, it seems like my thesis is only the beginning of a much greater desire: The concepts of business model innovation, implementation and evaluation are to be understood thoroughly in order to improve business models and corporate strategy. Based on my interviews I can confirm that there is a bigger need of new agency models than ever before. It would be great if I could inspire some of you and encourage to start something new.
